We’re open daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, with the last flight departing at 5 PM. Flights operate only during daylight — from 30 minutes after sunrise to 30 minutes before sunset, in compliance with visual flight rules.
Flying time starts from the moment the aircraft engine is turned on and ends when it's turned off. It may vary slightly due to weather, airport traffic, or technical delays.
Our helicopters can carry up to 4 passengers, including 1 seat next to the pilot.
Absolutely! Kids of all ages are welcome. Children under 2 years must sit on an adult’s lap. We provide special seat belts and small headphones for children.
Bell 505: 320 kg (total incl. pilot) If the combined weight exceeds the limit, we won’t be able to fly until it’s adjusted.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the helicopter.
Yes, all passengers and flights are fully insured.
Yes! We can pick you up from a location with a safe landing zone and arrange custom routes on request.
Please arrive at the helipad at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows and will be non-refundable.
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers. Card payments incur a small fee:2.5% for Visa/Mastercard, 3.5% for AMEX
7+ days before departure: Full refund, 5–3 days before: 25% fee, 3–1 day before: 50% fee, Same-day cancellation: No refund
You’ll receive a full refund if we cancel due to bad weather or technical issues. If we can’t land at your intended location, the pilot may redirect or return to base. You’ll be charged only for the actual flight time, and any unused time will be refunded.

Yes, with conditions. Please provide a health certificate from a local doctor confirming fitness to fly.
No smoking or alcohol is allowed. Disruptive behavior or tampering with the seatbelt during flight will incur a penalty of IDR 10 million.ROSIE and Ini Vie Hospitality may deny boarding if safety is at risk.
Yes, flights are subject to local government regulations and aviation authority advisories (NOTAMs). Safety decisions are always at the pilot’s discretion.
