Operating Hours and Flight Timing
* We are open every day from 8 am to 6 pm, with our last flight available at 5 pm.* To ensure a comfortable and safe experience, flights run from 30 minutes after sunrise until 30 minutes before sunset due to visual flight rules and regulations.* Flying time is calculated from the moment the engine of the aircraft is turned on until it is turned off. However, it can also vary due to factors such as weather conditions, airport holding time, and other unexpected delays.
Passenger Capacity and Policies
* Our helicopters can accommodate up to 4 passengers, with one seat next to the pilot in the front.* Kids of all ages can accompany you on helicopter tours. Children aged two years or younger must be seated on the lap of an adult. We provide a special seat belt and small headphones for kids on all flights.
Weight Limit
* Our Bell 505 helicopter permits a total maximum weight of 320 kg, also inclusive of the pilot and passengers.* Please note that the total payload comprises the combined weight of passengers and any luggage.* Should the total weight surpass these limits, the flight will not be able to take off until the weight is appropriately reduced.
Pet Policy
* Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board the helicopter.
Insurance
* All Balicopter flights are covered by insurance, and all passengers are insured.
Charter Services
* We can pick you up from a desired location if there is a landing spot nearby.* You can book a charter helicopter flight with us and travel wherever and whenever you want.
Arrival Time
* Passengers should be ready at the helicopter departure point at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may be deemed a "no show," and the flight will be non-refundable.
Payment Methods
* We accept credit and debit card payments and bank transfers. For credit card payments, a small processing fee applies: 2.5% for Visa or Mastercard, and 3.5% for AMEX.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
* Advanced reservations are strongly advised at least 24 hours prior to the flight, and full payment is due at the time of booking.* Cancellation fees apply to changes made after the initial booking.* Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to departure will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 5-3 days incur a 25% fee; within 3-1 days, 50%; and on the departure day, 100% of the ticket price will be retained.
Weather and Flight Conditions
* A full refund will be provided if the flight is canceled due to bad weather or technical reasons.* If landing is not possible due to adverse conditions, the pilot will decide whether to return to base or land at the nearest location. Passengers will be charged for actual flight hours, and remaining unused hours will be refunded.
Passenger Requirements
* All passengers must complete the flight manifest with their name, ID/passport copy, body weight, and luggage weight if applicable.* They must sign the Passengers Declaration Form and watch the Balicopter flight safety briefing video prior to the flight.* It is essential for passengers to provide accurate information regarding their weight. This ensures not only your safety but also compliance with our weight restrictions, allowing us to operate the flight smoothly and efficiently.* Passengers should be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may impair their ability to safely board or travel in the helicopter. If Passenger is pregnant, please provide us with a health declaration certificate from local doctors, as flying may not be suitable during certain stages of pregnancy.
Safety and Conduct
* No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed on board the helicopter.* ROSIE and Ini Vie Hospitality reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone whose condition presents a safety hazard.* Passengers are responsible for their belongings and must respect airport property. Damages caused by passenger actions will be charged to the individual responsible.* The seatbelt is for emergency use only; if it is accidentally opened during the flight due to playful behavior, a penalty of IDR 10 Million will be applied to ensure the safety of all passengers.
Flight Restrictions
* Flights may be subject to local government policies due to flight restrictions or NOTAM issued by local civil aviation authorities.* While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or divert services if deemed necessary for safety. The pilot has the final authority on all flight decisions.
Terms Modifications
* ROSIE and Ini Vie Hospitality serves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to comply with applicable aviation regulations. In case of dispute, ROSIE's decision is final.
